Introductory offer

The price of the motorhome rental will be 95€/day for the first 30 days from the opening of the reservations.

After the introductory offer, we will set the normal prices:

During the low season it will be 100€/day, during the middle season it will be 110€/day and during the high season it will be 120€/day.

A discount may be applied to these prices for other offers that can be accumulated.

Temporary offers

We will periodically announce these discounts that will have a specific expiry date, don’t miss them!

Permanent offers

Offer for long stays (minimum 6 nights):

5% discount.

Loyalty programme:

For every 10 nights booked, even if booked in different rentals, the customer will receive a 50% discount on one night’s booking. This discount can be used at any time, as long as at least 50% of the total amount is paid in the corresponding reservation.

Customers will be able to accumulate as many discounts as they are entitled to, thus rewarding their loyalty.

Prerequisite:

To be able to enjoy this benefit, the customer must have demonstrated responsibility in all previous rentals of our motorhome, fulfilling the following conditions:

  • To drive respecting the general rules of the road and the specific rules for motorhomes.
  • Comply with our conditions and rules of use.
  • Return the motorhome in perfect condition.
  • To hand over all the equipment intact and complete.

We reserve the right of admission and to apply this promotion only to those customers who meet the stated requirements.

Our main conditions

The rest of the conditions are specified in the RENTAL GUIDE that we provide you with, which you are obliged to read and accept before renting the motorhome.

Prohibitions:

  • It is not permitted to leave Mallorca with the motorhome.
  • Smoking inside the vehicle is forbidden.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Children under 16 years of age are not allowed.
  • It is forbidden to drive on unpaved roads, narrow roads, dangerous roads…
  • Camping is forbidden except in the permitted places.

Driver requirements:

  • Carnet B with at least 3 years’ experience.
  • Minimum age of the driver: 25 years. Maximum age: 60 years.
  • To have all the points of the licence in force.
  • Minimum recommended height: 1.70 m.
  • Maximum weight per person: 100 kg.
  • We reserve the right of admission of customers.

Deposit and insurance:

  • A deposit of 700 € is required.
  • Fully comprehensive insurance included.

Opening times:

  • Delivery (check-in): from 15:00 h.
  • Return (check-out): before 12:00 h.
  • If the motorhome is returned after 12:00 h. an additional night will be charged.

Cleaning and damage

In the event that when returning the motorhome there is damage to the motorhome, the equipment or any element is missing. The customer must pay for anything not covered by our insurance (using the deposit deposited by the customer) PROVIDED THAT IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S FAULT.

If the motorhome is returned in an excessively dirty condition, an extra charge will be applied: The cost of the damage caused + 10 €/hour of cleaning work.

Each surface can only be cleaned with the specific product that we will give you for this purpose.

Frequently asked questions

How can I find out more about how the motorhome works?

At the time of booking you will be provided with a MOTORHOME RENTAL USER’S GUIDE which details all the relevant information.

Which driver can rent the motorhome?

It is necessary to have held a B driving licence for at least 3 years and to have all the points in force. In addition, the minimum recommended height for comfortable driving is 1.70m.

Minimum age of the driver: 25 years. Maximum age: 60 years.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to customers.

Do I need a special permit to rent a motorhome in Palma de Mallorca?

No, a valid B licence is sufficient. Only in the case of non-EU citizens may an International Driving Permit (IDP) be required in addition to the licence of their country of origin. Please also note that the licence must correspond to the type of vehicle (manual or automatic).

Are pets allowed in your motorhomes?

No, pets are not currently allowed in our motorhomes.

Is smoking allowed inside the motorhome?

No, smoking is prohibited inside the motorhome.

How many people can sleep in the motorhome?

By default our motorhome is equipped for 2 persons.

Where can I stay overnight with a motorhome and is it safe?

In Mallorca you can spend the night (sleep inside the motorhome) in the same places where you would park a car, although some municipalities have restrictions (check the municipal regulations of each place you visit). In protected natural environments, there may be greater requirements when it comes to leaving the motorhome.

It is safe to spend the night in the motorhome although it should be locked when you go to sleep as a precaution and left in a safe place (away from streams, possible landslides, well parked, in a flat place and with the handbrake on…).

Is camping allowed?

It is normally forbidden. Except in designated areas.

Remember that “camping” means actions such as: chocking the wheels, opening the awning or windows that protrude from the perimeter, removing tables and chairs, cooking or making annoying noises.

Does the motorhome rental include unlimited mileage?

Yes, the rental includes unlimited mileage.

What is the speed limit in Mallorca for motorhomes?

  • 80 km/h on conventional roads.

  • 90 km/h on motorways and dual carriageways.

What is the whole process of renting a motorhome like?

  7. Check-out and inspection
    When you return the motorhome we make a quick check of its condition.
  8. Return of the deposit
    If everything is correct, we will return the deposit in full.
